Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Process Bi-Weekly Payroll and several special bonus/commissions payroll. I feel like whenever I call Paylocity to ask for help, I receive different kinds of answers depending on the rep I talk to. One day I had to call 5-6 times for the same topic, and I was given a different answer each time. I wish there is one Account Manager assigned to us, so that I can always count on one Account Manager, but even though Paylocity does assigne Account Manager at a time, she/he is never available.

Autopay is great since we do bi-weekly payroll.
Scheduling, however, is not suited for our employees group since most employees are more like flex time.
None as we don't use that features.
We couldn't track time & labor in Epicor - it was making very hard on their side. We've decided not to use Epicor time tracking since their payroll system is not as good as Paylocity.

3rd Party Sick Pay is terrible - our insurance provider is providing W2, so all we want to do is to report employer portion of FICA taxes. The way Paylocity handles 3PSP is really messed up, having to wait for so many months before I even see an adjustment/amendment and W2-C, etc.
