Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Process Bi-Weekly Payroll and several special bonus/commissions payroll. I feel like whenever I call Paylocity to ask for help, I receive different kinds of answers depending on the rep I talk to. One day I had to call 5-6 times for the same topic, and I was given a different answer each time. I wish there is one Account Manager assigned to us, so that I can always count on one Account Manager, but even though Paylocity does assigne Account Manager at a time, she/he is never available.
Pros
- process payroll - direct deposit on timely manner
- timesheet
- punch map
Cons
- Report - old way (email used to go out as scheduled) was terminated when the employee left, and we can't add that same way of receiving the report
- Report - not easy to use
- I wish I could use a test environment myself to test something before it goes live
- More Consistent Process
- Easier to Manage within our company
Autopay is great since we do bi-weekly payroll.
Scheduling, however, is not suited for our employees group since most employees are more like flex time.

None as we don't use that features.
We couldn't track time & labor in Epicor - it was making very hard on their side. We've decided not to use Epicor time tracking since their payroll system is not as good as Paylocity.
