Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity has several outstanding features. Their reporting is easy to configure by either filtering or editing, and dynamic reporting lets you enter an "as of" date for additional flexibility in what is needed. Also their Compensation module is easy to use and works seamlessly when administering all company merit increases. Love the insights module for reporting on any number of criteria - benefits, demographics, headcount, etc. This also allows viewing of these insights by whatever dates are needed. Payroll processing is efficient and love being able to see team member checks right when any adjustments are made so that any errors can be corrected. So convenient to be able to access team member information from payroll and then go back into payroll without exiting the payroll process.

It has multiple automated processes so that time can be spent elsewhere. Reporting allows ease of access to any kind of information which allows HR to spend time analyzing and incorporating other processes with the data that is provided. The Data Insights allows access to data immediately and can be used for Executive reporting purposes for future decision making based on current trends that are being seen within our organization.
The Survey feature is easy to use and allow information to be collected with minimum effort. Surveys can be set up ahead of time and then launched as needed, such as the Exit Survey used for departing team members. We also utilize new hire surveys. Community allows our organization to view and recognize other team members daily!
Paylocity was more cost effective and way easier to navigate. The additional modules provided us with opportunities to add in features to use or not. Reporting, Compensation and Onboarding were a all step up from what we were using. Access to Data Insights was something we didn't have with any other program.
