Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I used the Performance Module for the first time this year. It was difficult to navigate the process at first but after getting used to it, I believe it is quite a powerful tool.
  • Electronic onboarding.
  • Educational videos.
  • Templates
  • Performance management module - if you reassign a supervisor, it doesn't link to the review, so the entire review needs to be recreated.
  • Implementation isn't the easiest.
  • Customer service hours that were a little bit longer.
  • reviews - more consistent process.
  • Couldn't pull a report of employees who went from full-time to part-time or per diem in a given time period.
It is the go-to place to get the data we need to pull, which is available most of the time. Didn't have to track paper reviews for the first time. Doesn't allow candidates to move further in the process until their onboarding is complete.
It has been a great tool for our managers and staff to track. The cost is fair. The app is a problem because employees have to log into a computer to sign their reviews.
We chose Paylocity for the cost, features, and size of our workforce.

Maybe add some additional, or shall I say, new providers into the evaluation process.

Paylocity Implementation

Yes, a longer implementation in several sessions would have been great. I had to keep calling the help line because I could no longer connect with the original implementation person.
Change management was minimal
