Easy intigration with third party apps
I am not running HR so am unable to give a clear true picture of what we have accept the onboarding. Allowing the employees to see their current YTD amounts and current deductions have had a very positive review by employees.
I can not answer as I was not part of the selection.

Paylocity is cost effective, allows deductions to best fit our staff. For time entry it intrigates with our current software. The Humas Resources module of the software allow accurate employee reports accessing personal information. Tax filings are done by Paylocity with accurate reports needed for accounting purposes. The onboarding portion for new employees is very user friendly for them.
