Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for HR and Payroll. It makes it easy for me to keep track of all employees and their information as well as an easy and relatively seamless process to do payroll. Compared to other programs I've used in the past, Paylocity is the best by far. I haven't found many problems (aside from user error) but it covers most things we need from it.

  • Definitely has reduced payroll time
  • Easy to correct mistakes if mistakes are made
  • Has a lot of warnings to make sure everything is right before submitting
I don't know that it's "affected" business in that sense but it definitely is very beneficial to me to use. It's relatively simple and to-the-point that makes it simple and saves me a lot of time.
Our employees do not use this feature.

Doing payroll is very easy on Paylocity, and they make it easy to fix payrolls that have been messed up or need corrected. The only issue I have with it is sometimes it calculates 40 hours regular time as 40.01 (no idea why still) but it's easy to go through and fix.
