Overall Satisfaction with Printfection
I took over print fulfillment for our conferences/customers and swag for internal employee campaigns and Printfection is by far the most customizable, all-in-one solution for our needs. Because of their integrated platform, their variety of items, inventory management, their ability for recipients to manage shipping addresses, and ability to create unlimited campaign types (plus their analytics - bonus) I will never go back to the vendor/process of yesterday with all the tedious back-and-forth email and limited options for shipping and storage.

- Getting started, it took me a bit to navigate the various features of their platform as well as a few calls to customer support to help me find my way but after some practice I was able to navigate and found that the platform is pretty intuitive.
