Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

Printfection has resolved several of our swag obstacles. From being able to budget within different departments in our organization to having dedicated account managers, we have been able to combine several departments swag needs while ensuring that we have the most unique and high end offerings to our various recipients. I love that i can see what other departments are already ordering so I can connect and collaborate with them if I am looking to order the same thing.

They are great when it comes to working directly with your recipients so you dont need to worry about tracking orders when they are sent to someone. They are also great with ensuring that every step of the process you are satisfied with what is being ordered. I appreciated that they took my feedback on the sales process when I was already well beyond that point
They are much better- they have dedicated customer support and are constantly looping in other leaders so they can ensure you're happy with the process. THey are knowledgeable about their vendors and lead times so they can provide proper timely considerations for you and your team. They are also good at setting expectations, so we already know about landmines or potential issues before they occur, though they occur rarely!

Great for when you want to work on custom swag projects and have dedicated representatives assist you. They also have a catalogue that you can browse and request mock ups for. They are also great if you find something you like but it isn't in your budget. Areas that wouldnt be great is if you are hoping they replace an internal design team - they will need your guidance when doing more complicated or ambiguous designs.

Evaluating Printfection and Competitors

Yes - existing swag, onboarding gifts. Replaced because our old methods were not working well for us

We liked that we could see pre-production mock ups. That was a huge plus.
I'd ask more about the limits related to some of their items. I didn't realize that their samples and pre-production mock ups are different and there are some limits on pre-production samples.

Printfection Implementation

Very simple and quick. Pretty sure it was a matter of setting up our accounts and a few quick walkthrough meetings to ensure we were implemented to our preferences.
Change management was minimal

It was a live walkthrough and pretty straightforward.

Probably best to know how you want to break out your budgets and user controls. Outside of that nothing too crazy as everything else relies upon that.

I haven't worked too closely with the support team so it is hard to judge it completely. I think there are still areas for improvement but I can tell that there is a genuine interest in giving support to their clients and taking in feedback.

They are very professional and knowledgeable about their product
The vendor was still just as easy to work with. If anything once we were added on we got a lot more contacts to work with and felt fully supported as we implemented.
There aren't many professional services besides what is related to their product. What would have been great was to get design services included in our membership since we dont have one in house.
Simple pricing and easy to pitch to stakeholders
They are pretty great - didnt feel like I needed to know anything special to get what I was looking for.
