Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is used on every construction project that we have, mainly by the operations department. It is used to document daily occurrences, safety audits, field purchase orders, weather events, changes in the field, quality issues, punch list items, meeting minutes with the owner or the subcontractors, field installation inspections, documents RFIs, submittals and closeout documentation. These are some of the various things that we do through Procore.
- I particularly enjoy the photos module. By taking photos thru the app, it does not clog my phone's memory with the photos taken.
- I have grown to like the punchlist module. It make tracking the punch items very easy.
- I like having the RFIs, submittals and drawings available at my fingertips. This improves productivity in the field.
- Offline capabilities could be improved.
- I would like the same functionality in the app that the website provides.
- It has helped with collaboration between the field staff and office staff.
- It saves time by having everything you need at your fingertips.
I haven't used any other products. We tried to patch our own system together before Procore using several different apps, but it was clunky and hard to use. It also did not update nearly as well. Having everything in one app has made this much easier to function and process.
