Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is primarily used to facilitate communication amongst our project managers and our subcontractors and vendors. It is also used as a tool to track costs by our project managers and to streamline related processes that were once manual or done in Excel. We are always striving to be more efficient and Procore definitely addresses future inefficiencies by bringing all parties together.
- Streamlines Communication by working on multiple platforms such as your mobile, desktop, and tablet
- RFI management and tracking. It allows all parties to obtain and track relevant information in a timely manner
- Cost Control/Management: Has the ability to upload your cost codes from your accounting software so that you can manage and track your costs using Procore
- Inconsistency of formatting and functionality between tools
- Permissions can be a bit confusing
- It still has a ways to go for 3rd party accounting software integration and compatability
I have not used or evaluated any other products similar to Procore
I have not benefited from this functionality since it's usefulness relates more to project managers and their roles.

Procore helps achieve these goals by being able to bring all parties involved together on one platform
