Procore Drive allows us to organize and maintain multiple jobs at once. We are able to structure any given job and see the progress of the site, as well as any hurdles or timing issues that need to be addressed. We also utilize Procore as a means to house invoices, contracts, and building documents, so that all the information for a job site is readily accessible. Currently, Procore is accessed by the project managers for each job and puts all the information into a well-organized package that is easy to understand at a glance, which is ever important in this fast-paced business.

- The organization is well laid out, and folders and drop downs are presented in a structured, easy to read format.
- There have been no issues with lag, or website errors, the technology is smooth and user-friendly.
- The interface allows all the documents needed for a job, all housed in the same place to streamline document searches.

Procore was selected due to the ease of use, and the multiple functions. Our company has not used another program like this and doesn't plan on doing so in the future. Procore is more than adequate to meet our needs and is used on a daily basis to keep track of several moving targets
Our company benefits from cloud-based access. This allows our service team to access important drawings and structural maps while on a job site in obscure locations. This cuts down on the need to travel back to the office, saving on travel time and expense. This function also eliminates any breakdown in communication over the phone.

Procore helps us ensure information is accessible by allowing multiple users to access the cloud-based system. This access is crucial to workers in the field and allows us to track job site progress. We are also capable of looking at a snapshot of the project in order to identify trends in time frames for completion rates.
