I use Procore to manage the submittals, RFI, schedule and daily log for our project. In short, project management.

Pros and Cons

Reminders : On time reminders about the overdues.
Very professional PDF exports of our required documents.

Bulk sharing of documents to a third party should be implemented.
Attachment option is missing at some line items.

We haven't integrated anything with Procore as of now.

More clarity on the daily logs. More clarity on work flow.

Procore Impact on Talent Retention

Procore implementation improved our company's status in the Industry. We are 3 or 4 levels up from where we were earlier.

Alternatives Considered

Oracle Siebel CRM

More user-friendly than Siebel CRM. Honestly, less confusion.

We use it for project management in the construction industry. We found it really good for management as we can store data at one place which can be accessed by all others in the company. We are using it very similar to Google Drive as it is more user-friendly than Google Drive.
