Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore as a Construction Management tool to keep track of our progress, financials, and materials within each job we have. Procore has helped us keep all of our documentation for jobs in one place that is easily accessible by all users [within] our company and outside companies that we chose to give access to.
- Procore is great at helping keep track of Purchase orders.
- Procore's time card allows your team to input and [keeps] track of time worked on each job.
- Procore lets you manage and keep track of invoicing for Purchase Orders.
- Procore needs some help with the ERP integration to QuickBooks.
- I find that creating custom reports to be a little difficult.
- Procore has saved us time by reducing having to input information into two different programs.
We integrated QuickBooks with Procore but have had lots of issues [with] the ERP going from Procore to QuickBooks. If this issue could get worked out then we would issue free.
Procore sped up our daily log entry by allowing our employees out in the field to be able to enter everything right on the spot and not have to wait until they got back into the office.
