Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore as a full project management tool with the exception of the financial tools. Our Superintendents use the Daily Log and Photo tools consistently. All parties use the drawings, specifications, and submittals tools. Procore is also used for deficiency management and quality control.
  • Drawing / As-Built Management
  • Daily Log use for field ops
  • Specification markups not available.
  • Submittal builder is poor at recognizing information.
  • Ease of uploading large amount of information is difficult.
  • Overall positive effect on site time. Super's spend less time documenting.
  • Less time spent papering as-builts at closeout.
Most Super's have changed from paper to Procore daily logs. [The] ability to voice input in App instead of typing has been [a] big help for many. [The] ability to pull workforce info from [the] previous day is also a big time saver.
Have previously used multiple programs for document management. [The] use of SharePoint largely involved single user-owned excel files for items like deficiency tracking. Vista still being used for invoicing and change orders.
