Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

My department uses Quickbase to document, track and schedule audits. Quickbase allows us to remain compliant with our audit requirements and the ability to quickly modify/enhance procedures, reporting and tracking without having to wait for an outside party to make the changes.

Quickbase has allowed us to process and track inter-departmental requests and share data among work groups.
Quickbase has allowed us to work with dynamically changing project needs and requirements by making it easy to add a field, table, relationship, dynamic form rule, etc. and quickly having it live for user interface.
We use Quickbase to manage many different types of audits with their own unique requirements. We can set up reports as alerts to let us know our due dates are approaching. We can use dynamic form rules or formulas within formula-fields to require certain fields/information based on type of audit.
Prior to Quickbase, we used Microsoft Access. The limitations were that it was not available on the cloud and coworkers were getting locked out of the database. You could not make development changes until everyone was out of the database.

Yes

Quickbase is a great for allowing individuals with minimal or no development experience to be able to develop due the low-code platform. It is also great for the ability to quickly make live enhancements. However, reports in Quickbase could use some more improvement. My company tends to use other software better suited for reports.
