Quickbase addresses challenges in project management, workflow management, and implementing a multi-approval system, which greatly benefits us.
- Easy to create forms.
- Easy to create reports.
- Very easy to use.
- Absence of variable-based updates for S3 secret keys and Snowflake passwords (due to password rotation policies). Password rotation policy.
- Cannot handle more than 10000 records at a time.
- Executive Dashboard allows to present single business view for Leadership reviews, which is one of the selling points (multiple tabs and filters).
- It allows real-time data on our WIP and status of customer tickets as well as employee metrics, which are a key factor in our ability to performance manage.
We have eliminated information silo's and diverged away from spreadsheets managed at the individual level. The more data available to the Quickbase platform the more relationships that can be made, information cross-referenced, and information revealed.
Quickbase allows us to work with dynamically changing project needs and requirements, providing a platform for change management on projects with multiple phases.
Precisely, projects are complex based on the hierarchy of organization and level of user authorization. It provides an easy-to-understand system. for handling and managing our complex projects. It's easy to find features that are available in the system. It is also a stable platform that allows us to have minimal downtime.
