Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
It is our accounting system. Encompasses inventory management, invoicing and reporting.

- Positive - we were able to get up and running with QBE quickly.
- Positive - once our inventory was adjusted upon data implementation - numbers are accurate.
Our business has grown and has been able to rely on QBE to support the invoicing, a/r and a/p functions. Invoicing never a problem. Reporting needs some help with regard to customized functions - we do not yet know how to use.
Set up process was easy. We moved over from Sage which was a clunky, slow set up process. QBE was easy, data integration was reliable. There was help if we needed it, everything went smoothly. We were able to start using the product right away and after 1 month left Sage completely.
We do not have any unexpected ways of benefit from QBE.
We evaluated Sage, QBE and QuickBooks Online. QBE was easily the winner with regard to usability and ease of transfer of data. QBO while a great product did not offer the inventory management we needed. The only downside to QBE was the lack of mobile applications for our sales team.
