QuickBooks Online Advanced fit us like a glove!

QuickBooks Online Advanced met all of our needs for an accounting/finance software package. We were looking to move to the cloud and needed something that would allow us to track multiple locations (through classes) along with solid inventory management. We love the Fathom integration and the ease of use. It has allowed us to have much more flexibility and balance in our work environment. We've been able to reduce our workload and provide the stakeholders more accurate and timely information.

We studied YouTube videos from Intuit as well as independent certified advisors. We reached out to several consultants to discuss our needs and the migration of data. Migration was as smooth as any software upgrade I've been involved with. Our consultant stayed on schedule, kept us on schedule, and provided training and follow-ups to make sure we got off to a good start. We were able to hit the ground running and function upon go-live. Functioning wasn't smooth at first, as live data is still different from training videos and sample files. However, it didn't take us too long to work out all of the kinks.

We have 28 employees spread out in five office locations, along with several working from home. Our accounting staff is split between two office locations in two states and we are able to work as if we are sitting across the hall from each other. Our sales team has access to reports and can use the mobile app to upload data, saving time and trouble. Our parent company, located in another state, has access to all of our data as well as our auditor, making integration and auditing quick and relatively seamless.

QuickBooks Online Advanced is a very popular accounting package that many other software companies have chosen to effortlessly sync with and we have taken advantage of that feature. We had been using several third-party apps with our old software but had to purchase a separate program that would sync the data. It took special programming and then was often broken--and money wasted getting it fixed. QuickBooks Online Advanced fixed that issue and has saved us money.
