Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Our organization uses Rippling for our applicant tracking system, payroll, and employee management. As a small non-profit, the majority of our funding is dedicated to programming so we don't have a large budget for administrative and HR related systems. I researched and completed trials of several well known platforms to meet our needs in this area but they were either too expensive or didn't provide the flexibility we needed to customize our implementation. The ability to choose which services we did/didn't need was our primary reason for choosing Rippling. From the demo to signing the contract, our dedicated representative was very responsive and helpful. Not having to deal with a bot during the process was such a huge relief. Rippling has saved our team a tremendous amount of administrative hours and the integrations to other third-party services has been an added bonus.

No. It's not within our budget but also didn't anticipate needing to use it often.
When Silicon Valley bank was seized by the Federal Reserve early this year, Rippling was very upfront about the dilemma it was facing and what they were doing to regain access to customers' funds. To my utter surprise, the company used their own money to cover payroll processing for their customers while they awaited release of the funds held by the Federal Reserve. Needless to say, my employees were extremely grateful and understood the value this company added to our operations in such a short period of time. As an employer, I applaud the company for doing this and as a result I added additional features to our implementation because I envision sticking with the platform for the foreseeable future.
