Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for our entire organization. We still have our training wheels on but are working with our Dev Team on some pretty cool stuff we have been trying to do for years. By being able to load statistical business information into the financials, the insight we hope to gain is invaluable to continued profitability.
- Diversity, we don't have to fit in their box, we can build our own.
- The API connections.
- Integration with Paychex. Because we are multi-entity, we are unable to use the link and sync option.
- Reports are so tedious. I wish there were better out of the box options that we could copy and edit.
- We have yet to see we have only been using since May, but the future is bright!
Sage Intacct has been different from our previous ERP. Some things improved some things we are working through.
We use a multi-entity, and not having to reconcile the due to /from accounts has been quite a time saver for us. We have not used the other modules. I am interested in the spend management module, though.
Quickbooks mainly. They aren't even in the same ballpark. We had outgrown it awhile ago but dreaded the change, dragged our feet, but in the end, and it was a relatively easy switch with so many more possibilities and options. Since we are still new to it, I have yet to see some of that come to fruition, but it's looking good so far.
