Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

SalesLoft is being used by our entire Business Development team as well as some of the Sales Team. For our Business Development Representatives, SalesLoft structures their entire day. Without SalesLoft, important tasks could easily fall through the cracks and get missed. We love that it can monitor our email analytics and notify us when someone has read, clicked on, or replied to our emails. SalesLoft saves me countless hours in my day and keeps my team on track.
We work with public safety departments. Many of these departments do not have a valid website, which prevents us from importing accounts from our CRM to SalesLoft--we are only able to import contacts at this time. The SalesLoft team has been more than helpful with this unique roadblock and has helped us find ways to work around it. At times, this can cause our work to be a little more cumbersome at the beginning of running a cadence, but in the long run, we are still saving an immense amount of time!
In all, the product and support we have received have been more than exceptional.
  • Email analytics.
  • Call recordings.
  • It provides the ability to import accounts based on any identifier other than URL.
  • The ability to merge duplicate contacts/people.
  • Call coaching-- we can listen to specific recordings within the system to improve the quality of our calls.
  • We are able to see when our prospects view our emails. We know that if someone views our email multiple times 5 months after our initial conversation, we should likely reach out again. They may be viewing our email as they clean up their inbox, but more likely, they are viewing it because they are looking for our contact information.
SalesLoft has ALWAYS provided extraordinary customer support to me and my entire team. I happened to be in the Atlanta area this past year for another work event. SaleLoft HQ is located in Atlanta. They graciously hosted a meeting in their office for me to learn how to optimize our use of the platform. I can guarantee we may be one of the smallest organizations they work with (based on user count), and they still allotted the time needed for me to learn the system fully and work out a few roadblocks as a new admin.
I have also worked with Charlie and the team many times virtually. I have never been disappointed after our conversations. Even when we have a tiny problem needing to be resolved by their tech support team, they are always quick to help!
I was not working here when they integrated this system, but I have almost fully revamped the way it is used since starting. It has been incredibly easy to learn, and our staff has adopted it extremely well.
If you plan to call the same group of people consistently for a set amount of time, SalesLoft is more valuable than I could ever explain. I have worked in business development in the past and never had the opportunity to use a tool like SalesLoft. Our CRM had the ability to task you with phone calls throughout the day, but it never ran nearly as smooth as SalesLoft.
