Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

The majority of the organization. It allows us to reach out to prospects and partners in a timely manner, automatically logs activity in SFDC which saves our team's time and increases efficiencies, and allows us to test different initiatives and campaigns to understand what messaging is working.
  • Support for questions.
  • Cadence and template functionality.
  • Ability to toggle the call recording button "off" during a live call.
  • Voicemail box
  • Increased productivity.
  • Decrease in ramp time.
I've received exceptional support on multiple occasions. There isn't one that comes to mind, but every time I have a question or run into a glitch the support team has been stellar. I'm always blown away by the response time, willingness to hop on a screen share, and the amazing resources the support team provides.
I'm not sure if this means integration into our org or integration with other tools, but in terms of the integration within our org the integration was a fairly smooth one. Our CSM did a fantastic job mapping out the onboarding roadmap and was readily available to hop on the phone when we had questions. In terms of the integration with Gmail and Salesforce, it's a huge win when our reps can have the functionality of SalesLoft but continue to work out of Salesforce and/or Gmail.
  • Outreach
I used Outreach for a few months at another company but don't have a clear understanding of the main differences b/t SalesLoft and Outreach. Overall, it seems like the on-boarding and transition to SalesLoft was an easier one and the 'cadence' feature is more intuitive and easier to grasp for reps.
Well suited: Sales outreach and pro-active account management outreach. Less appropriate: Some of our teams communicate with partners via email/chat but don't want to expose their assigned SalesLoft # to customers since that is not the appropriate channel for communication. Ideally, there would be a way to "mask" SalesLoft so our teams could still operate out of cadences.
