Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

Initially SalesLoft was piloted by a small team before it was rolled out to our commercial segment. Problems addressed: cadence management and automation, activity tracking and insights, and client engagement tracking (views, clicks, etc).

I have not interacted with the support team yet.
From a business standpoint, the integration with SalesLoft seems quite seamless, though I am not sure of the technical considerations that went into the integration itself.
SalesLoft is one of the best tools I've used for planning, executing, and tracking prospecting campaigns. The ability to see who interacts with a campaign along the way helps me understand how certain campaigns are received, what's working, and what's not. The ability to track when things were sent, when they were opened, how many times, and by whom offers great insight. I can easily determine who is interacting with my prospecting outreach to see where I should focus more attention for a more personalized/catered approach.
