Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

[SalesLoft is used] across the whole department of sales as far as I know. For being an organization with over 200 employees people that work in sales needs structure for making sure they contact the right people at the right time and [SalesLoft] offers that support. Been working in sales for 3 years and thanks to SalesLoft my management got better and now hit my targets much more.

The product has been unpackable that luckily i have not needed any support from sales loft themselves. I have either learnt all by my self or when I joined the company we had a deep induction on the solution and learnt the basic but everything is user friendly
At the beginning i was confused but the more i used it the more you understand the concept and get on with it
Well it gave me more structure from pen and paper that i used to use before
also used Microsoft one note
Very appropriate when you contact C level executive as it gives you time to plan for good calls. Also very good for note taking. each time you make a call you add new information.

Not very appropriate when you have to call many people and your cadence stack on top of each other, however easily manageable by adding a certain amount of contacts.
