Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

Our inside sales department uses [SalesLoft] to help us keep track of multiple sales cycles. We use it for everything from handling local inbound sales leads to closing strategic nationwide partnerships
  • Integration with all of our major tools: SalesForce, LinkedIn, Owler
  • Contact profiles are set up very intuitively, i like the ability to see all the activities related to a person or account on a single page.
  • Conversation intelligence is a game changer and the ability to tag a co-worker in these recordings to review and collaborate is perfect for remote work
  • For my usage there is not much that I would change
  • HUGE ROI, my team could not do their job nearly as effectively without SalesLoft
Absolutely, our Sucess manager Sean has been extremely helpful and has never not been able to assist with something in a timely fashion.

I also like the weekly office hours if I ever need to pop on for some live 1 on 1 time with a tactical issue
i did not have a hand in the integration process so I am leaving it neutral. I like the integration that it supports but can not speak to how easy it was to set up
I have not tried any but when making ur buying decision we did review Xant, HighVelocity Sales, and a few others
SalesLoft is perfect if you or your team is managing communication for multiple contacts at once, cadencing makes sure that you never forget what your next step is or when you need to reach out.

It is also good to build best practices due to the ability to A/B test variants within a cadence and see what is working better.
