Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

Automation and analytics for outbound sales efforts. Only used by the Sales team. It addresses the problem of efficient automation while maintaining some personalization, as well as analyzing outreach efforts with segmentation by cadences.

  • Easier addition of contacts (we import from a CSV but it would be easier if we could mass add within the software).
  • Dialer has bad connection sometimes.
  • Easier to track outreach.
  • Avoids double-assignment of contacts or accounts.
Salesforce integration is good but could be better (account IDs). Marketo integration would be fantastic. Gmail integration is very helpful.
Persist was fine for low personalization but Salesloft has better analytics and user interface.
Well suited for large audience cold outreach that needs analyzing. Would not recommend it if analyzing outreach is not a priority for some reason (small audience?).
