Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We use Salesloft to structure sales outreach; we have cadences for all the different personas, events & lead sources. Salesloft is easy to use and configure.

  • Conversation intelligence is not ready to compete with Gong.
  • More material on cadence best practices.
  • Activity field mapping can be improved.
  • More opps added to the pipeline.
  • Never forget to reach out to prospects.
  • Automatically add people to cadences for reps to outreach.
Most of my support tickets were resolved within 24 hours. Support provides video instructions along with solutions, which makes it easy for visual learners.
Field mapping is pretty straight forward.

Outreach is great but more complex for reps to use.

Easy to configure as an admin and easy to use as a user. Still requires lots of training, but SL is more intuitive than other platforms.
