Our Sales team use SalesLoft to manage our sales activity and make and receive calls.
It makes it easier for us to track and manage communication with potential clients, as well as for inbound leads to contact us and book time in our calendars.
It also allows us to keep track of our activity and monitor where we need to make more effort!

- Managing calls and emails - saving a huge amount of time for each communication.
- Email cadences are easy to schedule, change and keep track of.
- Integration to our CRM is easy and quick, again saving a huge amount of time.
- Integration of call and activity notes in CRM.
- I have definitely been more productive as a result of being able to track my activity.
- Integration to Salesforce has meant a huge time saving.
- making calls from either my Gmail, Salesforce or SalesLoft means it doesn't matter how I want to work - SalesLoft has it covered.
Any time an inbound lead enters incorrect information and needs immediate help, they can easily be passed to me to follow up.
I didn't chose SalesLoft however, as an add on to any CRM that has similar functions, it's a no brainer to have this help push sales through.
