Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
SalesLoft is used to help with BDR/SDR outreach and adds structure to the process. It is used only by the Sales team but is used to build cadences, share them, track analytics on output and activity levels as well as gain insights to better inform further decisions. The tracking feature is also useful to see when prospects have opened emails.
Pros
- Building cadences; helps keep on track of high volume outreach.
- User interface; SalesLoft helps you keep organized across multiple prospects in a very easy and clear manner.
- Analytics; there is always insight to be gained from looking at these.
Cons
- The dialer feature is harder to use internationally and in international markets; people often only want to be called by local numbers.
- I was also unable to connect the dialer to my own device due to it being an international number.
- Copying and pasting can lead to formatting issues after emails are sent even if they display correctly—unless always "pasted as plain text."
- Personally, I have seen great ROI on my own business objectives as it lets me reach out to high volumes of people and spend my time focussing on my script, tone, and actual outreach itself. SalesLoft made the organizational aspects easy, giving me more time to focus on (and better) my own game.
I have not had to reach out for support yet, which is always a good sign!
