Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

We use SAP for a few reasons. We were looking to drive innovation as well as revenue growth. It also has the capability to improve our customer relationships. We weren't able to keep on top of our customer service needs as well before implementing SAP Sales Cloud. It has greatly improved many of our processes.

  • The collaboration between teams.
  • There are great customization capabilities.
  • Occasionally, the loading time can be slow.
  • The training was a bit arduous, but once you get the hang of the process, it's pretty easy.
  • The customer service tickets could be responded to a bit faster.
  • We have been able to keep better track of customers' contracts; therefore, upsell opportunities have been greater.
  • The system helps us to collaborate more quickly, allowing teams to work faster together.
  • The reporting capabilities have streamlined our sales process and allow us to keep track of all deals in the pipeline much easier than before.
SAP Sales Cloud has been great at streamlining our whole sales process. We are able to keep track of all customer journeys in one place, including engagement, contracts, and pipelines. That way, we have been able to make our sales cycle shorter, which has resulted in more money-making opportunities more quickly.
The SAP Sales Cloud software is extremely flexible and scalable. We have loved the ability to collaborate among the marketing team, sales team as well as our customer success group. The tracking ability to show us the amounts spent on our outreach efforts has been a nice function as well.
We liked SAP Sales Cloud the best because of the tracking capabilities between many different teams, allowing us to collaborate in a way we weren't capable of beforehand. The strong customer community was also a factor; that way, we have a way to see how other users have been optimizing the software within their company.

Yes

The amount of automation you can use SAP Sales Cloud for is great. It streamlines many of our other software's processes. We use Hubspot as well as Sales Cloud and they work great together. It has greatly enhanced our ability to collaborate between sales and marketing. The analytics we can draw between the two has helped us put more prospects into our pipeline.
