Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We are currently using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to store employee data as well as Performance and Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Learning. We now have it integrated with our on-prem system since we still do payroll out of on-prem SAP system. We are currently using it to integrate with other systems and vendors.
- The data seems organized well
- All of the data is one place and the modules work well together
- The learning module is still in its own system instead of integrated with the rest of SuccessFactors.
- the system takes too long to load, but I understand this problem is going remedied
- From an IT perspective, there is so much in the system, that it's hard to know what is out there.
- Lists and navigations are not in alphabetical order. It would be nice if at the very least, navigation was in alphabetical order.
- Integration Center needs a lot of work. It's very cumbersome to create separate jobs for repetitive jobs. Example, we need jobs to export and import data, the scheduling for the jobs does not make any sense. The scheduling feature needs much more.
- In IT, one improvement is the ability to interface with other systems compared to our on-prem system
