Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
SAP SuccessFactors is our system of record for tracking training globally. The use case for my organization is to leverage the LMS for compliance and optional training to harness and direct user learning experiences to coincide with their skills development.
- Tracks training
- FNALLY able to report on learning data
- The UI's are soon to be consistent across the board
- After a release, please do an internal check so that customers do not identify issues on your behalf
- I'd like for there to be more FREE enhancements to the platform
- Try and come up with more out of the box solutions so that we don't always have to engage a 3d part vendor
- Tracking training is optimal
- People Stories have taken us to another level in report capabilities
- I appreciate the consistent UI
