Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I use SuccessFactors primarily for updating my time sheet, requesting time offs, viewing my comp details or even my org chart occasionally. Starting this year, we've also introduced our P&G review process in Successfactors. This is great since we do not have to switch between multiple systems for different tasks. I have started my self reflection in Successfactors and it looks good so far.

I have seen SAP's ability to easily integrate with other systems. It offers flexibility and ease of implementation without compromising performance.

Successfactors does a pretty decent job for the modules that we use which are employee time management, requesting leaves, P&G reviews. I think there is room for improvement in the UI for performance management. AI is big now. We could always use some AI insights while filling up the P&G goals/reviews etc.
