Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

Success Factors helped us stabilise and automate the HR processes and impacted the business outcome positively. The suite of modules are well integrated and talk to each other so well that the data moves from one module to another without any lag. It also offers a great control of access management which takes care of the compliance aspects too. The data quality has tremendously improved with the help of SF which saves a lot of man hours which was spent on debugging the errors

SF offers customisable APIs that allow you to integrate it with multiple other applications. Such types of integration save a ton of time to add/manage/delete data in the third party applications. It might be a noticeable effort at the start to set up Integration but will require no maintenance henceforth.
Success Factors needs an implementation partner who helps the clients to implement the system. The actual implementation process may take considerable longer time of the existing HR process are not proper or if the quality of data is not up to the mark. It may be easier or less time consuming if the data quality is already top notch.
We found Succes Factors to be reliable and promising compared to the other player we evaluated. The review calls we made to the respective application users turned out to be a lot positive from the clients using success factors. The product features offered by success factors stood out from the other player evaluated.

Success Factors helped us get structure to our data sets which wasn't present pre implementation. The data from Success Factors are much reliable. It offers great reporting capabilities and live dashboards for each access of reports and trends.

On the other hand, Success Factors is ideal for companies with some existing framework which will be further improved by SF capabilities but not for companies that do not have an framework as it could take a considerable amount of time to build them in Success Factors.
