Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
It is being used to support our customers remotely. It addresses the need to connect through a VPN and any other similar method which makes it easier to provide immediate support.
- Ability to chat
- Best is the ability to copy and paste from a location to a remote session
- Different join or authentication methods
- Cloud based
- The screenconnect mobile app needs some improvements
- It would be good to be able to group the session by its organization
- Increased support efficiency
- TeamViewer and Kaseya
TeamViewer - expensive
