Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

It is being used to support our customers remotely. It addresses the need to connect through a VPN and any other similar method which makes it easier to provide immediate support.
  • Ability to chat
  • Best is the ability to copy and paste from a location to a remote session
  • Different join or authentication methods
  • Cloud based
  • The screenconnect mobile app needs some improvements
  • It would be good to be able to group the session by its organization
  • Increased support efficiency
TeamViewer - expensive
Kaseya - doesn't have the ability to copy and paste from local to remote session
It is well suited for IT companies who provide support to their customers remotely.
