Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
SeekOut is a fantastic tool! In a candidate market where potential employees are being flooded with messages, SeekOut provides tools and capabilities to help make candidate contact seamless and easy. The Boolean capabilities paired with their pre-designated power filters and their integrations with public-facing profiles enhance candidate identification and have helped me identify candidates I had not seen previously. These search capabilities paired with messaging campaigns (either to use a template or create my own) have helped tremendously with getting qualified candidates pushed over to our organization. In addition to the candidate outreach, the metrics and insights provided by SeekOut are helpful in using data as a story to provide updates to our internal hiring teams!

We also did some other demos on different tools and ultimately selected SeekOut. The diversity metrics SeekOut provides are critical for tracking diversity hiring initiatives and getting insights on a particular position, location, or company. We also were impressed by SeekOuts Power Filters and Boolean capabilities as well as their AI matching engine. The UI for SeekOut is very user friendly and easy to navigate so helped with implementation for our team.

Using SeekOut
10 - We implemented SeekOut across our Talent Acquisition for Experienced Hires team. Management also uses the platforms for insights and metrics when tracking our ROI and productivity amongst the team.
We do not have an in-house team dedicated to SeekOut support but we rely on the support provided from SeekOut which has been top notch to solve any issues, create us new power filters, provide training from platform usage to boolean functions and more. It has been extremely helpful.

I recommended SeekOut due to prior usage. I am a big fan of the platform and made the recommendation to my leadership. They primarily focused on the price and features provided when making their decision and felt it was very much in line with tools our organization did not currently have.
