Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
We were faced with the challenge that our previous provider had adjusted its business model and reduced the number of contacts in our tariff. This put us on a new search and directly highlighted the first feature of Sendinblue positively: No limitation to contacts, but to sent emails. So basically a traffic-based billing, which is very convenient for us. We use the software to generate newsletters and marketing automation campaigns for customers generated from our WooCommerce store. Special challenges as an online store in Germany are data protection and users' rights to information.

- There is no plugin to bring product data into the system, for example to generate products in the newsletter. These have to be built manually.

We decided against Mailchimp, because there the business model was changed to the disadvantage of the customers. In addition, GDPR compliance is not clear enough for us and there were too many security breaches. As I said, compliance is extremely important for us and as a rather small business, we are sensitive when dealing with the business models of the providers. This is what ultimately led us to choose Sendinblue.
