Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We've used Sendoso to encourage folks to join an event by sending a related kit. Additionally, we will follow up from meetings with e-gift options from Sendoso. Another option is for the inside sales team to request a first-time meeting by offering a gift. We're creative and the options are endless.
  • Easy for the person to redeem their gift.
  • Quick send and easy to see if a gift has been opened.
  • Setup is easy.
  • Gets blocked in spam.
  • Custom from email would be best.
  • Get a URL for a persons gift ASAP, without sending a email.
  • 1 opportunity came from this.
  • Hard to track and report.
  • Connect with Eloqua and SDFC would be powerful.
I've only tried Alice and they seem to work similarly. However, the major difference is with the number of warehouses that Sendoso has all over the world. We believe this is the better option for our company as we are working globally. There are plenty of options folks enjoy and they keep adding more.

It's hard to break the ice with the email that Sendoso sends from. Many times this is getting caught in the spam filters and the reps need to resend with the URL from their personal account.

Additionally, I've noticed folks are reluctant to redeem when they don't know the sender. Sometimes we need to follow up with 3 or 4 emails just to get a prospect to take a gift.
