Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso as a premium channel to engage with decision-makers at our ABM-worthy accounts. We target high-value prospects as well as existing customers for upsell/cross-sell.

  • Almost limitless options
  • Salesforce integration and triggering sends by campaign member status could use a bit of work
  • Increase in pipeline
  • Increase in engagement compared to digital channels
It's way better. PFL is extremely limited and better designed for mass print mailers. PFL prices are also outrageously high; all you can do is laugh when you get the quotes.
