Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use Slack to update employees on changes made to products we use, as well as notify any problems that may be occurring tech wise. We also use Slack to communicate with peers one on one or to communicate within teams or even company wide. In addition, we also have Slack channels such as User Testimonials, where we can submit a form within Slack, which I feel is a great feature within the product.

  • Easier way to write notes for self rather than just Slack oneself

Yes

Slack is so easy to use within companies to communicate across the company, within groups and/or channels, or just communicate with one or a small group of peers. However, when chatting with another peer regarding a patient, it's not a good idea to release any personal information due to HIPAA violations.
