Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Multiple employees are utilizing Splashtop Enterprise at my small non-profit although I use it the most. It has allowed me to work from home since the pandemic began in 2020. Plus I have a bit of a commute, so I appreciate being able to be productive from home and save time commuting.
- It allows me to 'see' my work computer from home and be just as productive as if I was sitting in the office.
- I can respond to emails seamlessly--the members I communicate with have no idea I'm not sitting at my desk.
- We have frequent power outages and it's easy to tell when that happens when I attempt to log in to Splashtop Enterprise, potentially saving me a long trip to the office.
- As this is the only truly remote access system I've ever used, I don't have any additional tips for improvement. It works exactly as I want it to!
- Since it has allowed me to work from home, I'm a more content employee. I don't know that I would still be at this particular job without the ability to work easily from home.
I am not utilizing two-factor authentication at this time. I use a password to log in and see my work desktop. The extra security isn't an issue for our small non-profit at this point.
The onboarding went quickly and easily once my manager purchased the software. No problems whatsoever.
