Security features meet expected standards. Device verification and two-factor authentication are well designed and reliable.
Onboarding was simple and quick. Less than 15 minutes from initial account creation to establishing first user account and testing remote access.
Yes - TeamViewer. To be perfectly honest, our organization qualifies for TeamViewer's free tier, but they continually (and wrongly) flagged our account as not qualified, so we needed to look for an affordable alternative to their exorbitant paid tier.
