Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey

We currently use SurveyMonkey to poll our annual awards, get feedback on events and workflow processing. I like it because we can have our employees provide feedback they feel is confidential and they will be more honest and open in their responses. It helps us not have to do paper surveys and manual tracking like in the old days.
  • Puts together a professional-looking survey
  • Helps organize results and information
  • Keeps past surveys for future reference
  • Some areas of the system seem a little glitchy but could be user error, after trying different ways I can get it to do what I need it to do.
  • I don't really have complaints, I am happy with the system for what we use it for. It meets our needs.
  • In the past, we would send out paper surveys and maybe get a 25% response rate, with SurveyMonkey I get back about 65-75% and almost all surveys
  • It can't hurt to try it, I have had no negative issues with it and if anything it makes my life a little easier. I am all for that.
This is the one and only survey software we use at this time.
If you would like to survey departmental staff areas for improvement or obtain good feedback on how things are going, conduct an annual award survey, or hear how an event went and obtain some good feedback this software suits your needs. I am happy with it and plan on continuing to use it.
