Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

It is being used departmentally and allows for easy call transfers between different countries.

  • Removes the need for physical phones.
  • Sometimes clunky between pages.
  • Allows us to work from abroad which has cut costs in half.
Similar ease of use but Talkdesk has more functionality in my opinion.
Very good but not perfect. They have been helpful in most situations.

Well suited for people working from home since it allows flexibility within the customer-facing teams. Less appropriate when wanting to separate phone sound from computer sound.
