Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is used by both our sales and operations team to manage all incoming and outbound calls. We use integrations to track employee metrics and customer communication across multiple different platforms.

  • Uptime of over 99.99%.
  • Search function has room for quality of life improvements.
  • Allowed flexibility for agents to work from any computer.
  • Managed, consolidated, and archived all inbound and outbound phone conversations.
  • Answer above 60% of all incoming calls live.
We explored changing services at one point, but chose to stick with Talkdesk after determining there was no need for a replacement--Talkdesk was solving problems effectively, and we determined there was no need to switch.
Our company has never had to use Talkdesk support because it's always worked flawlessly. Managing account settings through the Admin panel is straightforward and effective.
