Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
We use Talkdesk to communicate with our hosts (property owners), guests, suppliers used by the company as a whole though mainly operational.

- User friendly. Simple UI
- Clear reporting tools
- Occasional syncing issues with Salesforce so data isn't fetched.
- Occasional glitches i.e 'fetching data' when a call comes through or getting stuck on a status.
- Average handle times have improved due to Talkdesk's clear reporting features.
- Increased customer satisfaction due to reliable service.
- Increased service level overall.
I have never worked with support directly, but our technical manager has been able to quickly access help whenever they need something.
