This is an amazing product for organizations to connect with our customers all across the world without any delay or hampering customer experience. The voice quality of the product is really great for both listener and speaker. This product gives access to connect with every country. Talkdesk is a huge gift for our organization to allow us to connect with our customers anytime. Working from home proved one of the important and impactable applications for us.

Its always been incredible with me as told it gives us more accessibility to control our customer expectations and help them around. Talkdesk is a key application for our company and we can never go back from this. Before this calling, our client was very difficult. Its been like a blessing to be working on this over any other application.

I firmly believe that working together on this two makes our work extremely efficient. As working [simultaneously] it really improved our quality and we started giving better customer experience. The only thing that needs a bit of improvement is the time it takes to start. It takes more than a couple of minutes to start.
