Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

This company is absolute
a scamp! What a shame! They hook you up, they overcharge you, they don't want to cancel, and if you try to cancel and do not want to renew, they will send you to a collection. Stay away, they are overcharging you while there are better and cheaper alternatives out there like AnyDesk. This company is a real scamp.
  • There service is standard like any other in the market, but they are way over priced
  • Drop the price, allow a cancellation, stop sending clients to the collection if they don't want to renew
Nothing like to add here! I don't like TV at all!

Very bad experience! Especially using mobile devices. Even on the desktop, it keeps freezing and [has] to disconnect and reconnect.!
They don't have anything special feature that makes their price that high.
