Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer as a collaboration tool, internally with our team as well as offshore teams. Also, we've used this to help our clients, with training and also problem resolution. It is very useful to be together (virtually) in same platform for quicker turnaround. With screenshare, issues are being analyzed and resolved.
- Screenshare is very widely used to be able to see virtually and help clients with their issues.
- Remote connections, being able to access somebody's machine to assist quicker is also helpful.
- Meetings, joining in the meeting is very easy and communications are clear.
- With different versions, sometimes it's a struggle to join the meeting.
- Ease of use, no additional training necessary to use the tool.
- Save time since you can almost do anything remotely to support busines.
- Collaboration improves team efficiency which also help quick turnaround to business.
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex Connect
With TeamViewer, remotely accessing other workstation and file transfer are very efficient. Though others offer the same functionality as recording, meetings and screenshare, the security with TeamViewer is better. Ease of use of the tool which does not overwhelm the user is a plus especially for end-users and other business users.
