Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is a fantastic tool used by our support team and engineers. Our support team use it with clients to help diagnose configuration problems with their AV kit. Our engineers also do the same, but mainly for quick remote changes to any control programs for both video and audio systems if the code needs changing on the fly.

I don't know as I was not involved in the setup and only use it occasionally.
It just works. Easy and great quality. No lag.

As per the first answer I gave it is great for remote help for our customers issues and for collaboration between our engineers.
