Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is used to manage all our clients and support users with all kinds of IT issues in our company. As we have offices in 4 different locations, users who are on the road and all this is managed form a small IT-Team of 3 people it is essential to get access to clients from out headquarter.

- Data transfer from and to the clients
- Get system information of clients
- Management GUI
- Connection speed to clients
- Time and cost savings due to remote access
- Due to poor performance since the last update sometimes we need more time for support tasks
About 1 or 2 months
- Cisco AnyConnect and Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager (RDCMan)
More comfortable and more reliable when connection to different networks espacially if they are secured with special firewall settings. Also the information of the clients (on-/offline status, agent version installed etc.) in the management board is more comfortable than in other products in the same segment. At the time of purchase, pricing was also an argument to use TeamViewer instead of other vendors.
